As a DJ Alex Taylor has rocked dance floors across Australia for over ten years. With a versatile style that is nothing short of eclectic, Alex manages to seamlessly mix uplifting chunky, house with rocking beats through to the deeper sound of U.S tribal and soulful deep house.

Alex is consistently a part of the line-up of almost every dance party event in Australia. With a C.V that reads like the Who's Who of Australian dance party history Alex has played at events such as Mardi Gras, Sleaze Ball, Queer Nation, Winterdaze, Red Raw, Gatecrasher, Two Tribes, Homelands UK, Mobile Home and Pride. In 2003 Alex mixed one half of Ministry Of Sounds Clubber's Guide To 2003 and toured as a headliner around Australia for M.O.S Club Nation Tour later that year.

Regularly booked around Australia and New Zealand at venues such as The Family in Brisbane, "One Love" at The Prince in Melbourne, also London, (Heaven & Discotec @ The End), Space & Pacha Ibiza, San Francisco, L.A, Singapore, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur. Every Saturday, when he's not touring, Alex can be found on the Home Sydney decks where he is resident at the hugely popular 'Together' @ Home Nightclub. Alex also holds residencies at Queer Nation, Arq, The Colombian Hotel and every second Friday at Deck Bar for the new night "TnT". With regular guest spots at Sounds On Sunday, Yu and The Midnight Shift, all ensuring the man can't get no sleep.

Nominated for 'Peoples Choice Award - Best DJ' at the 2001 DMA's. Alex has also won the DIVA Award for 'Best DJ' in '94,'96,'97,'98 & '99 when he then withdrew his name from being nominated. Voted Number 18 in the 2004 Technics INTHEMIX top 50 Australian DJs

Alex's most recent mix CD was "The Sound Of Queer Nation" and is about to release "Addictions Volume 1" on Vinyl Pusher Records mid June '05 with a National Tour to follow.
